Science without the theatre

Evidence should make advice more honest, not more impressive.

Healthy Agers is not a medical institution. We are a community that uses reputable public-health guidance and research to ask better practical questions.

Our evidence rules

  1. Start with primary and public-health sourcesWHO, national health agencies, systematic reviews and original research come before influencer summaries.
  2. Separate association from causeIf a study finds a relationship, we do not automatically claim that one thing caused the other.
  3. Respect the population studiedResults in mice, elite athletes or a small selected group may not apply to every older adult.
  4. Prefer ranges and contextIndividual needs differ. We avoid presenting one biomarker or score as a verdict on your age or future.
  5. Correct openlyPages show an update date. Important corrections should be clear, not quietly hidden.

What we will not promise

We will not promise to reverse aging, prevent disease, add a fixed number of years or calculate a medically valid “biological age” from a short online quiz.
